[ AFTER THE HEALTH CHECK ]

Your report was accurate the morning you ran it.

Then someone paid, someone else went past 90, and three orders shipped. A snapshot cannot tell you that. It is the honest limit of two files exported by hand.

Those numbers are a symptom

Aging that concentrates, orders that sit open past thirty days, holds nobody chased. None of it is an accounting problem. It is what happens when the people talking to customers cannot see what accounting sees.

The gap you are paying for

Your inside sales and service people work in Shopify all day. The balance, the invoice, the tracking number and the order status all live in Sage, and most of them do not have a Sage seat. So every question becomes a message to whoever does, and the customer waits while it bounces.

What closing it looks like

Shopify orders land in Sage as sales orders instead of being keyed twice, and invoice and shipment data comes back the other way, so the order in Shopify carries its Sage number, its status and its tracking. The aging you just looked at stops being a report someone runs and becomes something anyone can see.

Sage stays the system of record and the integration never writes what it should not. That is ForgeSync Enterprise. It is a real project with a real install, not a switch, and it is priced like one.

Tell us what the report showed

Three fields. We reply within one business day, and if your aging looks healthy and your open orders are clean we will say that instead of selling you something.

Not ready. The report is yours to keep, the app stays free, and you can run the check again whenever you export fresh files.
