[ CHANNEL MODULES ]

A second channel, not a second back office

Marketplace sales die from double entry: someone retyping orders, someone guessing at stock, someone reconciling it all at month end. We wire the marketplace into the ERP so nobody does. Channels are modules on the same core that runs your store, scoped per channel.

[ THE LOOP ]

Four flows, all automatic

Listings out

Driven by the item master

Marketplace listings map to real ERP items, including the awkward ones: custom labels, superseded part numbers, and the SKU aliases that accumulate over twenty years. The mapping is explicit, so nothing sells that the ERP can't fulfill.

Orders in

Marketplace orders become ERP orders

An eBay sale lands in the ERP like any other sales order: right customer account, right warehouse, right shipping method, deposit recorded. Your ops team processes it with the tools they already know.

Inventory out

Quantities that prevent oversells

Marketplace quantity comes from the warehouse you designate for channel sales, updated as the ERP moves. Overselling on a marketplace costs you the account; this is the flow that makes sure you never find out.

Tracking back

Shipments close the loop

When the ERP ships, the marketplace hears about it: carrier, tracking number, on time. Feedback scores live and die on this flow, and it's the one manual processes always drop first.

eBay is where we've built this end to end, including the compliance plumbing nobody mentions until it blocks launch (GDPR endpoints, marketplace account deletion notices, payout handling). It all runs on your own branded seller accounts and API consents; we do the wiring. Amazon and other channels follow the same pattern when the economics make sense for your catalog. Every module rides the same core integration described on the Sage 100 ↔ Shopify page: one order path, one inventory truth, one set of alerts.
