We've spent 15 years building ecommerce for people who sell real things: distributors, manufacturers, brands with warehouses and weight tiers and customers who order by part number. That includes 8-figure brands and catalogs north of ten thousand SKUs, on platforms from Magento to Shopify, wired into ERPs that predate all of them.

Along the way a pattern kept repeating. The storefront work was never the hard part. The hard part was the wire between the store and the system of record: undocumented connectors, silent failures, integrations nobody owned and everybody feared. So that wire became the specialty.

The name is the method. Forging is not delicate work, but it is precise: heat, measure, strike, measure again. We bring the same temperament to integration engineering. Capture what the systems really do, build against evidence, run the old and new side by side, and only then cut over.

We keep the practice small on purpose. Fewer engagements, deeper work, and products that come out of real problems rather than brainstorms.
