We publish the price. You install ForgeSync in your own AWS account, connect it to your own Shopify store and Sage 100, and we support it remotely.

  • Shopify connected to Sage 100 for orders, inventory, pricing, shipping, terms and tax exemptions.
  • Runs on your own AWS account and your own Shopify store.
  • Self-serve install, with support from us by email.

Cancellation terms are in your subscription agreement.

ForgeSync Pro

  • Everything in ForgeSync Core.
  • eBay module: eBay orders reach Sage as sales orders, and tracking goes back to eBay.
  • Amazon module: Amazon orders and tracking, with inventory push optional.

HOW BILLING WORKS

Billing runs through the Shopify App Store. Install the app, choose a plan inside it, and it bills on the Shopify invoice you already pay.

Both products are built to be installed by you. If you would rather we did it, these are the options. They are one-time charges, paid separately from the subscription.

ForgeSync

Managed install

  • The AWS stack from our template, in your account.
  • The ForgeSync server, connected to your Shopify store through the app.
  • Verification green and the go-live cutover, with us on the call.

Not included: The Sage 100 prerequisites (user and role, read-only SQL login, connector registration, the order UDF, network transport) are done by your Sage administrator, with us on the call.

  • The Sage 100 prerequisites too: we do the Sage-side setup on your server.
  • Needs administrator access to the Windows server that hosts Sage 100.

Not included: Sage 100 licensing, and changes to your Sage configuration beyond what ForgeSync needs.

  • The connector installed, enrolled and verified end to end before we hang up.

What you control

ForgeSync runs in your AWS account, on your credentials, and works with your data and your Shopify store. The Sage AI Connector connects out to a relay we operate. The connector privacy page explains what passes through it.
